All Bongos in the UK are secondhand and so require regular servicing. Parts are freely available for the Bongo and there are many garages who can service your Bongo.

All models are covered apart from Bongo petrol versions. This workshop manual contains full diagnostic diagrams and maintenance service and repair information for: 2.5L Diesel WLT engine, engine lubrication and cooling systems, fuel and emission control systems, engine electrical equipment, clutch, front and rear axles, manual and automatic transmission, steering wheel, propeller shaft, brakes, wheel and tyres, suspension and interior equipment.
Mazda recommends for load distribution, wider rear tyres than the front.

Having said that, many people run around with the same size tyres front and rear (typically 205s) without experiencing any problems.
